Innovation Award for Creative Edinburgh

For this project, we were asked to design an award representing the Innovation category for the Creative Edinburgh awards: a registered charity and membership organisation that supports and champions Edinburgh’s creative professionals through events, mentoring, and advocacy. After researching the theme, we developed a fluid-shape concept to symbolize the flexibility of ideas. To meet sustainability requirements, we used recycled acrylic and mycelium; an innovative, eco-friendly material. The final award features fluid forms that, when viewed from a certain angle, reveal a profile face, underscoring the vital role individuals play in driving innovation.
