Illustrate your love story!

With my live guest portraits, I bring a fun, creative touch to weddings and events. Guests can watch their portraits come to life right before their eyes and take home a beautiful, one-of-a-kind keepsake. It’s a relaxed, interactive experience that adds a little extra magic, laughter, and lasting memories to your special day.

How it works:

Step One – Let’s connect
You’ve found Carmela Illustrates and decided I’m the perfect addition to your celebration! Get in touch and share all the details of your wedding or event, and I’ll check my availability for your date.

Step Two – Secure your date
Once I receive your enquiry, I’ll help you choose the right package, answer any questions you have, and send over a quote. After signing the agreement and paying the deposit, your booking is confirmed!

Step Three – Plan the details
About a month before your event, I’ll get in touch to confirm arrival and finish times, discuss the best spot for my live portrait station, and chat through any special touches; like décor inspiration or guest priorities, so everything feels just right.

Step Four – Your big day!
On the day, I’ll arrive with plenty of time to set up my live illustration station. Guests can strike a pose while I snap a quick reference photo. They’re welcome to stay and watch as their portraits take shape or re-join the party. Later, they’ll return to a charming mini-gallery to collect their watercolour keepsake, the perfect reminder of your unforgettable day.
